Woodbury Farm Holiday Cottages are 10 minutes drive from the riverside town, Dartmouth in South Devon.  We are close to the coast, with beautiful beaches, Blackpool Sands and Slapton Sands which stretches for 2 miles in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.  We are dog friendly and a great place for families to explore South Devon, both coast and countryside.

Tawny and Kestrel self catering cottages are unique 3 bedroom barn conversions on an our farm, set in 23 acres of rolling countryside. Well behaved dogs are welcome on the farm, there are open fields to walk in. There are several dog friendly beaches nearby. The farm is in a quiet rural location close to Dartmouth and all it offers, shops, pubs, cafes, restaurants, galleries, a cinema, outdoor swimming pool, leisure centre, boat trips and ferries.  Woodlands Family Theme Park is 10 minute drive from us.

The farm was originally a Dairy Farm and many of the  original buildings remain, making it a unique and rustic setting.  We are just off the A3122 to Dartmouth.

Our 17th century barns have been renovated keeping the original features. The open-plan living space is on the first floor and has impressive vaulted ceilings, each cottage is unique. There is plenty of space for children to run around, we also have a covered games barn, for when the weather is not so good. We’ve left our orchard paddock completely to nature, so you can explore and keep an eye out for wildlife, there are apples to pick in September..
